CUT store accept returns or refunds on all Full Priced items only within 7 days of original purchase date in store, or date you receive your order for any online purchases. 

For a refund, exchange or return you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@cutstore.com.au with your invoice/order number and your request. We will then email to confirm your exchange or refund. 

Returns outside the 7-day time frame may be accepted at the discretion of CUT store. 

Item/s purchased at a reduced price are not able to be refunded, only exchanged for store credit. This includes any promotional discount codes.

We advise that before removing the original tags and disposing of original packaging to check the item thoroughly upon delivery. We do not accept merchandise without original packaging.

Please ensure the item/s you are returning are:

  • In original purchase condition.
  • All tags, labels are intact.
  • All accessories are included
  • The item(s) have not been worn/washed
  • If your return shows visible signs of wear or if the product is not in original condition we will not process the return.

CUT store reserves the right to determine the eligibility of goods for returns this includes the condition of the item. This will be determined before it is accepted as a returned item.

All freight costs back to CUT store is the responsibility of the purchaser. CUT store do not cover freight costs for returns, exchanges and refund for freight costs. 

Please make sure it is registered to avoid lost parcels and proof of return.
