This is a brand new style based off our Paris Texas Chaps Skirt and Paris Texas Maxi Belt. It’s designed to be worn over jeans, shorts, a dress, a shirt or even over bodysuits for a festival inspired look.

All studs applied by hand, fringe is sliced with a dye cutter by hand the old school way.
