Warm granules in your palms in circular motions. Bring your hands up and take in 3 slow deep breaths. Now say the words on the front of the bag out loud or in your mind. Gently massage into damp skin using circular motions. Avoiding the face area, apply to the whole body. Rinse with warm water.
