What is our returns policy?

For a refund, exchange or return you will need to send an email to hello@cutstore.com.au with the invoice/order number with a request for either a refund or exchange.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. When will my order be shipped?

Orders received by 1pm AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day pending credit verification. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day and dispatched within 24 hours pending credit verification.

How do I track my order?

You will be sent a Shipping Notification with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your delivery with the link provided in this email.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped from our HQ in Sydney.

Standard Shipping

Your parcel is expected to take 1-2 business days for metro areas, or 3-4 business days in regional areas. 

 

Express Shipping

Your parcel is expected to take 1 business days to arrive Australia-wide.

 

International Shipping

International shipping estimates are varied depending on your parcel's destination. For more information, email us

Yes, we do!
We ship all over the world, postage costs for your destination will be calculated at the checkout.

All prices across our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive.
